I do not take insurance at this time, but I do provide a superbill with medical codes for you to submit to your insurance as an out of network provider.

Each client and family is different. On average, I like to start with weekly sessions. We continue with this cadence of meetings until you, me and the treatment team feel that moving to every other week is appropriate. Then we taper down to once a month, and then we’ll meet on an 'as needed' basis.

I help those who have been on many weight loss programs and a history of yo-yo dieting and want to find another way to eat the foods they like and feel good about their choices. I use the Intuitive Eating Approach model, not a diet, where you and I work together to come up with a loose meal plan structure while learning to listen to and honor your body’s hunger and fullness cues, as well as countering the diet culture mentality that so many of us have grown up with. Mindful eating practices and gentle movement are also discussed.
