Elyse B. Falk
MS, RD, CDN, CEDS

I am a Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) with 15+ years of experience working with teens, young adults, adults, and families who are struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating. My nutrition career started with a focus on research at the American Health Foundation in New York City working on a national breast cancer study. I then moved to Westchester, NY where I trained and worked as an RD at a multidisciplinary outpatient eating disorder center, CEDAR Associates. After many years at CEDAR Associates, I took an RD position at Monte Nido and Affiliates working at the residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program levels in Westchester and New York City.  After two years I found myself back at the outpatient level providing nutrition therapy and counseling with Erica Leon Nutrition, LLC.  In January 2022, I opened up my own private practice, Elyse B. Falk Nutrition Therapy. 

I am also a proud mom of three boys and a dog. I love the beach, hiking, yoga and gathering with family and friends.
